Classic Early 20th. Century Export Chinese Porcelain Tea Caddy after European model with arched shoulder & silver cover. Hand decorated in rich colorful enamels, the front and back with elaborate armorial designs, and the sides with floral sprays. The top with and intricate blue & white design with butterflies. Stamped "c31" in red on the underside which indicates the model / design number of the piece. Condition is excellent. Age: First Quarter 20th Century. Just perfect for storing those loose leaf items!
