19th Century blue & white open bowl in the traditional blue willow pattern. This rectangular bowl is hand painted in strong underglaze blue over grey white with a celadon tinge. The scene framed in lovely interior borders together with floral sprays on the outside faces. The tradtional Chinese landscape scene is well painted with bridges, trees, mountains and temples - all very bucolic.
No markings.
Excellent condition and a good size.
19th Century.
