RETURNS
Due to the nature of vintage and antique items we do not accept returns except for those damaged in transit.  All sales are final.

In the event of transit damage, the customer is responsible for reporting any damage within 2 days of receiving the item. All packing materials should be kept and photographs of both the damaged item and box/wrapping will be required for the claim. If the packing materials are not kept, we will not be able to process the claim unfortunately.  
 
SHIPPING
METHOD: Most items will be sent via Fedex Ground, USPS and UPS.  In certain cases larger items will be shipped by White Glove/Blanket Wrap.  Items requiring this method of transport will be priced individually - and cost is dependant upon location.  Please contact us for a quotation.
 
TIMING & PROCEDURE:
FedEx & UPS standard delivery will arrive within 3-5 business days.
White Glove delivery items will normally arrive within 10-20 business days from your date of order.
Furniture delivered by blanket wrap or white glove can be shipped anywhere within the mainland United States. The delivery company will call to set up a window for delivery. They will bring the piece to your home, unwrap and inspect the furniture. After you have approved such, they will take the wrapping with them if it is not wanted.  Please check carefully your item prior to signing the delivery paperwork.
