Antique Moorish Ball and Stick Folding Round Mamluk Copper Tray or Drinks Table

Antique, hand made Moroccan Folding Tray Table - a beautiful example with fantastic warm colours and correct Mamluk style.
The base is constructed so that it folds away easily with 6 turned legs & interconnected turned stretchers with a complex ball & stick openwork design. Traces of the original painted designs in gold and black still present.
Removable copper tray with repousse designs and raised pie crust edge. Concentric circles of various intricate Moorish designs with a central mandala.
No markings.
Condition is good with expected wear and signs of use present.
Antique. Early part of 20th Century.
A useful as well as stunning example of a Mamluk folding tray/side/drinks table.

22" tall x 21 1/2" diameter. Tray is 1 1/2" thick x 21 1/2" diameter. Base folds to 17" wide x 20 1/2" x 5".
