Adorable hand made art pottery figure of a spaniel dog perched on a green ottoman with a pink ribbon draped around his neck area. Made in Wanjiang district of Guangdong province, China just across the border from Hong Kong. Wanjiang has a long tradition of producing exquisite glazed art pottery pieces including "mudmen" and many other forms.
Hand incised on the underside "Made in Wanjiang China".
This dog is in excellent condition and is looking for a new home!
Vintage 2nd half 20th Century.
