Very pretty and elegant square, tapered form pale blue ginger jar with cover. Clusters of red pomegranates, flowers, and 'flower balls' painted in rich colorful enamels against a sky blue background. Pale yellow & light blue Ruyi upper border and lappet foot border. Signed on the underside with the Tongzhi reign mark in red. Mid-20th Century. Condition is very good with some typical expected very minor manufacturing flaws typical of the period.
