Eye catching vintage Chinese Famille Noire Porcelain Vase with lots of Precious Objects. This is a hand painted vase that portrays precious objects, flower balls, vases, ribbons, etc in rich colourful enamels over a deep black Famille Noire glaze (black). Main colours are black, pink, yellow, green and white.
The underside with a hallmark in red indicating the piece was made in Jingdezhen, China. Jingdezhen is the historical location for imperial and mass porcelain production as far back as the Han Dynasty (206BC -- 220AD).
Vintage, Early 1970s.
The condition is excellent for this usefully sized vase, suitable for smaller flower arrangements.
