Fits foot rims up to 7 3/4" diameter. Made in China or possibly Hong Kong, middle of the last Century. Condition is very good with typical very minor signs of age. A solid piece. Complete the Chinoiserie look with this elegant older piece which are becoming increasingly harder to find.
