Vintage Black Pietra Dura Italian Marble Side or Drinks Table With Grapes on Custom Rosewood Base

This Pietra Dura marble side or drinks table has a beautiful mosaic top portraying multiple bunches of grapes against a black background. The intricate pattern consists of hundreds of marquetry-inlaid hard stones, each cut and inlaid by hand. A very fine quality table.
This would make a great table for a wine room or cellar, or a place where wine is sold, tasted or sampled.
The 1 1/4" thick top is supported by a custom made solid richly coloured rosewood base with slim elegant legs and finished with brass feet. Only the best of materials went into the making of this side table.

Condition is very good.
