A heavy Chinese Bronze Figure or statue of Shou, God of Longevity. One of the Three Wise Men.
Fu Lu Shou (福禄寿): Alternative known as the Three Stars or San Xing
Fine cast, high quality bronze casting of the God of Longevity, holding his gnarled staff and his symbolic Longevity peach. The figure is nicely patinated, hues of green, verdigris and dark gray.
The draping robe especially nice with all its attention to detail and swirls.
A very nice decorative high quality piece for the home or office, full of positive symbolism.
