Antique Royal Vienna Cabinet Plate with Painting with a classical scene of "Cupid and Psyche". This is a very fine porcelain cabinet plate with an exquisite hand painted scene portraying "Cupid & Psyche". Framed by elaborate classical border design in raised gold, red, turquoise blue and pale pink. Signed by the artist lower right in gold "C. Forster". Hallmarked on the underside with the Royal Vienna "bee hive" mark painted in overglaze blue. Age: Late 19th Century.
