Gorgeous Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty Scenic Blue & White Vase Kangxi Reign Mark that is very carefully hand painted with a wrap-around scene in underglaze blue portraying a traditional Chinese temple or monastery set high in the mountains overlooking a village in the valley below, with a lake, sampan boats, and people or monks on the bridges. Lovely rich blues enhance the beauty of this vase. Late Qing dynasty. Circa 1900. Signed on the underside with the 4-character Kangxi reign mark hand painted in underglaze blue. Condition: It is difficult to see but there is a hairline crack from the top rim which extends into the body. Illustrated in close up photo detail.
