Decorative vintage Korean brush storage box with locking brass fish lock with red & blue tassels. The calligraphy covered box opens up to reveal the interior which is also lined with calligraphy on an off white background.  The fish lock rests over the decorative traditional front panel. This style is similar to older ancient boxes used by scholars and artists to store art brushes. Approximately 35 years old from Seoul. Stylish hexagonally shaped storage box/container for the home.
