**Free shipping.  Delightful ovoid Ginbari cloisonné vase skilfully made by Japanese craftsmen. A simple pink, white and red rose. The rose decorates one side, while the red enamel body has an 'iridescent' geometric patterned background, with barely visible bamboo fronds on the back, hidden under the lacquer. Pointille silver foil under transparent pigeon's blood back ground.
Very fine gold wires are used for the flowers & silver wires for the leaves. Silver rim and base which is faintly marked, also bears the number '8'. A beautiful piece.
