Gorgeous vintage hand woven "Hapao Saucer" basket/tray made from split rattan with a spiral 'twisted' rattan core. Natural organic stained finish - crafted by the Benguet people of mountainous Benguet Province, Luzon Island, The Philippines. Low in profile, circular/round in shape on a small foot, it's an eye catching piece that would have once been used for holding household items, fruits/vegetables.
Quite sturdy, original tag still in place - this vintage and collectible piece is approximately 35-40 years old. Great for rolled up towels, linens, soaps or anything else that requires displaying either indoors or on the porch or patio.
