Vintage Famille Noire Rice Bowls With Soy Sauce Cruet Jingdezhen Zhongguo Period, 6 Peice Set
A set of 6 Chinese vintage rice bowls with matching soy sauce cruet. Famille Noire palette in the thousand flower design. Made in Jingdezhen (the most important center of Chinese porcelain production) during the Zhongguo period. Very fine, high quality hand painted porcelain set. The cruet has a useful screw-on top with a channel that allows dispensing sauce without removing the lid.
Excellent Condition. Probably never used.
Vintage, circa 1970.
The undersides of each piece bears the Jingdezhen mark in red.
The bowls are 4 5/8" diameter x 2 1/8" tall. The cruet is 4 1/2" tall x 2 3/4" diameter.
