Top & demilune sections in front & back with real silver leaf finish which is carefully hand painted in colorful enamels portraying a traditonal Chinese scene with the cutest birds perched and flying amongst blooming peach, pink and white cherry blossom branches. The bottom section is a tasteful contrasting black lacquer finish.
No markings found. Matching black lacquer chrysanthemum style clasp on front made from carved wood. Nickel clasp rests on the flower.
