The mat has a olive green tone background with a muted brocade edge with inset blue, cream and olive green trim. The theme is floral/flowers (orange, pink and red) with exotic butterflies or moths. Made in China either in the 70's or 80's. The framing has been done professionally, glass protected - can be hung either way. Wired for horizontal hanging position, paper back in very good order.
