Very pretty and very well hand painted decorations depicting colourful Mandarin Ducks amongst lotus leaves and flowers - the theme being a lotus pond. Tranquility. One mischievous kingfisher waits patiently on a prickly lotus stem.

The colour palette is superb - gold borders - lucky coins, bronzes, jade greens, oranges and whites and gentle pinks.
Four good sized upper drawers lined in red flock. Suitable for so many items from tableware, jewellery, linens, lingerie - whatever you need to store.
One removable shelf in the larger lower compartment, the inside is in very good condition.
Original orange brass/bronze hinges and hardware.
