Large eye catching Mid 20th. Century Chinese porcelain vase beautifully hand painted in a colourful design full of traditional Chinese auspicious elements such as giant moths, yellow and orange persimmon fruits, and flowers against a random green scroll background on white.
Ruyi & geometric borders. Handles are modelled as turquoise foo lions or other similar animals.
Marked on the underside with a dynasty mark printed over the glaze in red.
Excellent condition. Hole drilled in bottom to allow for lamp cord.
A very pleasing piece of Chinese porcelain.
