British Colonial era navigational map of the riverine approaches to the city of Karachi, (now Pakistan) from the Arabian Sea. Including British fortifications of those approaches. Unusual inset map of the historical village of Kurrachee from 1888. Important document for collectors of British India colonial memorabilia. In excellent condition and ready for hanging - would suit library, study/office or as an interesting gift for intrepid travellers.
Cream matting with dark brown wood frame. Bought in Hong Kong from a purveyor of Fine Art and Maps in the 1980's as per label on the reverse.
