English Soft Paste Porcelain Scenic Cabinet Plate Circa 1800. Very early and interesting piece. Likely English from the late 18th to early 19th Century. Classic scene along the Thames is depicted in cobalt blue over a creamy white ground and hand clobbered with gold outline. Note the blue flowing from the edges.
