A nicely sized oval serving platter in the Chinese Famille Rose pattern that is of a good depth. The border is painted in alternating colourful vignettes including swords, butterflies and yellow and pink flowers with groupings of lotus pink flowers and leaves on the underside. Traditional formed body with gold rim. The piece is unmarked and appears to be first to second quarter 20th century.
