Antique oval gilt wall mirror from the 1920-40s, gold with gentle hints of soft green on the carved wood surround. Italian Rococo in style with a mêlée of acanthus leaves, scrolls, arches and shelves topped with a shell design. Flowers extent downwards over the shoulder area.
Heavy gesso on segmented wood construction, mirror glass is in great condition.
This mirror is in the style of Borghese, no label visible. Condition is very good.
