Antique Chinese Famille Rose Ginger Jars - Boys at Play, 19th Century, a Pair

A very fine pair of opposing 19th. Century Chinese Famille Rose porcelain ginger jars.
Hand painted in really rich and colourful enamels each with wrap-around mirror image scenes depicting an outdoor gathering or celebration. Small boys/children are pulling wheeled carts whilst others are holding flags, lotus flowers and branches of leaves. On the back are two auspicious opposing flying red bats symbolic of luck and happiness. The colours are especially attractive in this pair - rich blue, teal, turquoise, orange, pink, lime and green.
Hallmarked on the underside "CHINA" typical of the period.
Age: Qing Dynasty. Late 19th century.
Condition is good with only typical wear and manufacturing flaws.
9" tall x 8" diameter.
6.7 pounds total weight for both pieces.
