19th Century Antique French Chinoiserie Gilt Bronze Display Stand for Chinese Vase
A reticulated Chinoiserie design with six Ming style scrolled feet. The upper rim is decorated with a roll of repeating rectangular spirals know as "meander' or basic key fret patter (hui wen).
Under that, larger reticulated panels of scroll work join the body/feet.

Would make an incredible stand for a high end Chinese piece.
Condition is excellent.
Impressed foundry marks on the underside "J" repeated 6 times on the insides of the 6 feet as shown.
Age: 19th century.
Overall 8 1/2" diameter x 1 5/8" tall. Area where vase sits is 6 1/2" diameter.
