What a find! A "People's Republic of China' deck or sling chair.
This rare piece is made from hard wood and sturdy bamboo slats and is a treasure.
The sling style seat is made from thick pieces of bamboo which have been strung together.
The seat moves freely and the height is adjustable - 3 positions - and is in very good condition.. Height ranges from 26-32" approx.
Black and white metal plate on arm incidates when/where it was made.
Folds up for easy storage.
This super eye catching piece can be used inside or outside, keep it dry though.
A really cool chair.
